Whether you’re seeking a complete style transformation or a renewed sense of self, this package combines the perfect balance of fashion and fitness to help you look and feel your best.

What’s included:

Style Consultation: A detailed one-on-one consultation to understand your style preferences, lifestyle needs, and goals. 

Closet Edit: We’ll review your wardrobe, identifying pieces that work for you and removing items that no longer align with your style or fit. 

Personal Shopping: A curated selection of new wardrobe pieces from Brooke and Luci and other retailers, tailored to your personal style. Items are delivered right to your door, and we”ll try them on together in a personalized styling session. 

Fitness Assessment: A personalized fitness consultation with a certified personal trainer, focusing on your overall wellness goals and rebuilding strength and confidence. 

Training Sessions: Two virtual or in-person training sessions to help you kickstart your fitness journey and enhance your body confidence. 

Outfit Styling: After your wardrobe refresh, receive personalized outfit ideas, with advice on how to style your new and existing pieces for everyday looks and special occasions.

With the Confidence Revamp Package, you’ll enjoy a holistic approach to style and wellness, leaving you with a renewed wardrobe and a stronger, more confident you.

Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues fulfilling your order.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. You will receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. If your return is outside of the 30 day window, you will receive store credit via a Brooke and Luci e-gift card. You will receive your refund for the purchased items minus any shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund if items are defective and/or not in original condition and a shipping fee will be charged to your account to ship the item(s) back to you. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. 

please read “Return and Exchange Conditions” to make sure your order meets our criteria and is not a final sale item. 

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • Any "Final Sale” and "Flash Sale" items cannot be returned
  • All original tags must be attached and the item must be unworn. 

Return Instructions:

  • Contact our customer service department to initiate a return or exchange. 
  • Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return.
  • You will receive an email once your refund or gift card has been issued.
