Return and Exchange Policy
We handle each return individually, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. We are committed to our products and services, and we want our customers to feel pleased with their purchases.
We offer free returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. You will receive your refund to the original form of payment for the purchased items minus any shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Final Sale, Flash Sale, and Discontinued items cannot be returned.
- Pre-orders can be returned up to 14 days from the date your order is received.
Return Instructions:
- Contact our customer service department to initiate a return.
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return.
- You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.
Damages:
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim
