This hands-on session is perfect for discovering new ways to style what you already own while adding key pieces that enhance your wardrobe's versatility, functionality, and timeless appeal.

Schedule your appointment at our studio to secure your personalized styling service.

Prepare Your Closet Pieces 

Select 5 items from your wardrobe that you'd like help styling-think favorite pieces, items you're unsure how to style, or wardrobe staples in need of a refresh.

In-Studio Styling Session

Meet with our stylist for a 1.5 hour session. Together, we'll create cohesive looks by pairing your items with Brooke and Luci pieces and options from other retailers.

Learn how to style your existing wardrobe with confidence, add a few new pieces, and walk away with a variety of outfit ideas.

Take the Guesswork Out of Dressing

Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues fulfilling your order.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. You will receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. If your return is outside of the 30 day window, you will receive store credit via a Brooke and Luci e-gift card. You will receive your refund for the purchased items minus any shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund if items are defective and/or not in original condition and a shipping fee will be charged to your account to ship the item(s) back to you. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. 

please read “Return and Exchange Conditions” to make sure your order meets our criteria and is not a final sale item. 

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • Any "Final Sale” and "Flash Sale" items cannot be returned
  • All original tags must be attached and the item must be unworn. 

Return Instructions:

  • Contact our customer service department to initiate a return or exchange. 
  • Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return.
  • You will receive an email once your refund or gift card has been issued.
